2. Product Authenticity

• All products sold by Akait Gadgets are tested and verified before delivery.
• We deal in brand-new products, as clearly stated before purchase.
• Customers are advised to confirm full specifications before payment.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice.
• Payment options include bank transfer, POS/card payment, and pay on delivery for Lagos only.
• Full payment is required before dispatch, except for confirmed pay-on-delivery orders.

4. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed after payment is received or after verification via call/WhatsApp.
• Akait Gadgets may cancel or decline orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.

5. Delivery Policy

• Lagos delivery: same-day or next-day delivery.
• Outside Lagos: 1 to 3 working days depending on location.
• Delivery fees apply and will be communicated via mail.
• Risk transfers to the customer once the item is delivered.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 24 to 72 hours only for wrong items or defective items not caused by user damage.
• Returned items must be in original condition with complete packaging.
• No refunds apply for change of mind, physical damage after delivery, or opened/sealed items where applicable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days.

7. Warranty Policy

• Warranty depends on the product purchased.
• Brand-new items may include manufacturer warranty, where available.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power surge, or misuse.

8. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must inspect and test products upon delivery, especially pay-on-delivery orders.
• Customers must verify product specifications before purchase.
• Once accepted, the product is considered satisfactory.

9. Limitation of Liability

Akait Gadgets is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Delays caused by logistics companies or external factors, though Akait may partially assist where possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, logos, and posts, belongs to Akait Gadgets and cannot be reused without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled accordingly.
